ANKOR TRADE F.Z.E. is incorporated under the Ajman Free Zone Authority and governed by its Articles of Incorporation. The General Director holds executive authority for the company's commercial activity. Compliance, finance, and contract administration report directly to the General Director.
The company retains independent counsel for international trade law, regulatory compliance, and tax matters. External auditors are engaged annually under UAE accounting standards.
