Hull, rail, pipeline. End-to-end.

Logistics is where most petroleum trades go wrong. Our network is built for the geographies we actually trade in, not where the brochure says we trade.

Vessel operations

We charter on the standard tanker market — Aframax, Suezmax, MR, and Handysize tonnage as the trade requires. Vetting follows OCIMF SIRE 2.0 inspection criteria. Hull cleanliness, port history, and prior cargoes are reviewed before fixture.

Rail dispatch

From CIS-origin loading points (Novorossiysk, Primorsk, Vysotsk, and inland refineries), we dispatch by rail tank car under standard Tariff and OSJD conventions to the Central Asian discharge network: Sary-Agash (Uzbekistan border), Druzhba, Aktau-Port, and onward.

Pipeline

Where pipeline capacity is committed, we move volumes through TON, Transneft, and other operator systems on nominated cycle.

Inspection and surveying

Every cargo is independently surveyed at the load port by SGS, Saybolt, Inspectorate, or Intertek. Discharge surveys are arranged on the buyer's request. Inspection costs are split per the negotiated contract.
